InCara is a digital health platform designed to empower family caregivers with the resources and support they need to stay happy and healthy in this vital social role. •Developed the quality performance requirements for network surgical providers including facilities and surgeons.•Collaborated with Transcarent product, quality, operations, and provider teams for inclusion of Bridgehealth quality program into the Transcarent product. •Established the surgical clinical quality policy, data sources, review, and governance. •Supported the Chief Medical Officer with clinical operations.

•Developed and implemented the transition of Operations hard copy records to Salesforce digital records. •Developed and implemented the Operations team work from home program including ergonomic evaluations, and home system privacy evaluation. At the start of the pandemic moved all operations department to a work at home environment within 2 weeks.•Developed and Implemented a successful member engagement training program for Care Coordinators and implemented the Interrater Reliability program to ensure successful and consistent delivery of the concepts.•Led process improvement project assisting the operations team in identification of member surgical procedures and surgical procedure setting recommendations.•Led the Quality Committee and developed and implemented surgical provider quality criteria, Quality policies and procedures.•Responsibility for the Operations training department which implemented the new remote training program.

•Led Six Sigma project decreasing Registered Nurse attrition by 24%.•Ensured all RN delivered symptom triage program client audits were completed without any deficiencies.•Responsible for ongoing NCQA and URAC accreditation for the nurse advice line and condition management programs.
