A little about me I have been in the Mortgage and Financial industry for over 10 years. I started my career at Amcap Mortgage as an assistant to the Quality Control Manager. I looked over loans for key documents and any issue that would cause delays in closing and worked with loan officers to fix these issues for a clean closing. I have worked in back office for a long time and now I am using that knowledge to my advantage on the front line. The working relationships I have developed over the years give me a unique advantage over my competition. I go directly to our In House Processing department or Underwriting Staff, because I already have a working relationship with them. My ability to think outside the box and overcome obstacles has been instrumental in getting hundreds of loans closed quickly. I look at the big picture and spend the extra time first time home buyers need. I enjoy volunteering for habitat for humanity and kaboom.
