I am the coach for the LEGO Robotics Program at Pebblebrook. My goal is to inspire student learning in STEM & to consider careers in math & sciences. I collaborate with the principal & teachers to build a strong robotics program. Ultimately, moving it through the feeder schools in the area through recruitment of parents and teachers. Student will learn Core Principles of working as a team and with others teams nationally, to become problem solvers, how to identify the functions of a power source, sensors & motors and how to build and program robots for the challenge utilizing the LEGO Mindstorms Robotics Kit & ultimately from scratch.

I train on services, product value, goal setting, goal achieving, team building, recognition and performance incentives and recruit. I am still asked to be a guest speaker nationwide and on occasion accept the invitations. I firmly believe in keeping ones pencil sharpened.

I am responsible for the recruiting, activities and execution of events running in my assigned six (6) states: Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, & Tennessee in support of our clients marketing objectives as well as the management of programs and events. I continuously develop recruiting strategies to replenish the candidate pipeline based on areas of need staffing projections in conjunction with consulting the talent specialists, reviewing the non-execution reports and future unassigned events. I continue to develop and maintain qualified candidate pools in my territories in various ways and help team members in their areas: via internet posting, advertisings, networking, referrals, special recruitment events, college fairs, grass roots recruiting, etc. Once recruited I screen, interview, review applications, I9s, make recommendations for staffing, track, train and provide refresher training as needed.

Planned and developed the budgets for grants for A.I.D.S. research and education to advertise in the F.A.R. I would Issue the selected awards, monitor them, track them, investigate any compliance complaints, perform audits, costs payments, recover disallowances, and participate in closeouts, peer review meetings, and submit invoices for payments as well as modifications

I reviewed federal and state contracts keeping track of them for compliance with laws, regulations and administrative procedures to ensure they were meeting their production schedules, legal requirements as well as quality control. I would issue modifications and corrective actions where needed or recommended. I had a government security clearance. Travel was required. Flexibility was a must
