Alongside my job role, I took on a variety of additional projects last year, key accomplishments for 2023 include:• Initiating and organising a successful Breast Cancer Awareness Event in October with Gender Balance Group and Race for Change in collaboration with CoppaFeel – 160 attendees both online and face to face.• Organising a spotlight talk across PAM re the need for male sanitary bins in male toilets with Churchill Cleaning, PHS and Prostrate Cancer – Bins now installed in London offices on a trial basis and a number of JLL properties.• Cross selling EPC’s to the PAM network and organising three internal team sessions to raise awareness• Initiating and organising a Green Apple Talk across PAM and a CSR Talk resulting in a high number of entries from JLL• Handed out Green Apples at House of Parliament with The Green Organisation • Menopause online teams talk re complimentary therapies• Individual podcast for EMEA Women’s Business Network re menopause • Part of the communication team for PAM DEI Newsletter• Committee Member for JLL Health, Wellbeing & Disability• Community Engagement – Assisted on the Charity Christmas Tree project with Andron and Regular Cleaning• Retail Template for Awards – Assisted on the development of this• 3 Going Beyond Awards and nomination for JLL One Award – Colleague Choice• Running a successful internal teams page for National Clients Group
