I commenced my employment with Robinson, Michael & Jackson Estate Agents as a weekend sales negotiator whilst my children were very young and quickly worked my way through the ranks as I had previously worked in estate agency for some 10 years up until 1998 when I left the industry to start a fresh within Recruitment. I covered varying roles and positions up until 2007 when I began working in a dual role covering a senior role on the residential sales as well as taking up an admin role for the Financial Services arm of the business. In October of 2009 I was offered the role of full time Mortgage Administration Manager for MAB Kent Ltd being the financial services arm of Robinson, Michael & Jackson, I covered all aspects of the mortgage process along with being 1st line support to 6 financial advisors, submission of life policies and all related tasks, dealt with complaints, submission of new mortgage applications with all supporting documentation and compliance checks, I chased all commission payments and was directly responsible for bankings to cover all overheads and payroll for all departmental staff, developed and maintained all relations with lenders and life companies, chaired monthly meetings, trained and developed all sales staff on behalf of Robinson, Michael & Jackson Group, PA to Company Director.
