 Established and created a new US sales territory. Developed excellent customer relations through professional telephone and personal contact. Maintained and serviced accounts on a regular established call planner.  Continue to educate on the ever changing transborder requirements. Secured a fortune 100 company to establish Laser Transport as a core carrier for their US—Canadian transportation team.

 Entered into strictly Canadian—US sales market. Secured over 20 new accounts while managing an already established sales territory.

 Secured a $10 million national retail chain contract. Increased daily territory sales volume from $1100 / day to more than $10,000/ day in less than one year. Recognized multiple times for sales performance, I was named Impact Award Winner on various sales contests.  Initiated and managed tradeshow department at the Cleveland terminal.

 Developed, maintained and promoted an account base of over 300 with responsibility for 20 national accounts. Increased revenues a minimum of 15% per year during my tenure. Continually led the Midwest in revenues – recognized as TOP PRODUCING ACCOUNT MANAGER in the Midwest, generating over $5 million annually. Received the President’s Award last 5 years with company.
