• Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO/Firm Principal with all associated duties• Scheduled/planned meetings, appointments, all aspects of travel arrangements (foreign and domestic, business and personal)• Managed daily/weekly calendars and email accounts for CEO/Firm Principal and Associates• Administrative/legal support for seven associates to include filing of office and court documents, dictation, typing, accounts payable/receivable, statistical data entry; drafting/proofing/editing contracts • Developed, coordinated and organized meetings, conferences, and fundraisers ranging from 15 – 500 people, working with vendors, caterers, florists, etc.• Building liaison for tenants to include coordination/scheduling of maintenance issues, inspections, etc.; implement lease agreements• On site liaison for Office Manager; managing supply orders, technical support, new hires and other miscellaneous duties as required.
