I have had the honor of educating hundreds of the finest, most dedicated physicians, PAs, NPs, nurses, chiropractors, pharmacists and health coaches in the science and research that supports this remarkable modality. My years of experience in the field of BHRT working with literally thousands of women through building 4 practices has helped me understand how to help health care providers successfully implement BHRT and utilize effective protocols for their patients. I love teaching and seem to have a knack for organizing material in ways that make it easy to process, understand and remember. I like to take complex subjects and put them in to a concise format or create tools to make subject matter easy to implement. Since I got my start because of my own hormone problems I know what it feels like to struggle with symptoms. So, it was out of compassion that I wrote, The Hormone Makeover, over 10 years ago.
