At SnowPak, I refined the skills I have learnt from doing a summer internship with them and jumped into deeper skills of marketing for another year. I am taught closely by proven entrepreneurs Adam Dong, Mark Liang and their effective team who understand the online marketing game. The skills I have gained from working with SnowPak include:- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) marketing including link building,outreaching, content writing and more- Content marketing by updating, researching and organising accurate data online- Managed and tested websites for bugs and would clearly communicate issues to the IT team- Emailing wholesalers raising issues appropriately- Social media posts with Instagram and Facebook to increase views of our product- Quality Assurance- Ownership of helping customers directly online through Live Chat- Ownership of fulfilling customer orders via third-party online portalsI am in charge of keeping one of SnowPak's most important pages up to date. This page included information on the most recent and past opening and closing dates of over 200 ski resorts around the world. This ensured that our company delivered the best content to our audience. My work involved accurate and extensive data collecting where as a result, the page accounts for more than 50% of SnowPak's total traffic. The page currently has a total of 47 Facebook and 2 Pinterest shares from the America and Australia domains but these numbers will continue to grow!Achievements▪ High satisfaction rate from customers on Live Chat▪ Maintained dynamic information on numerous pages which ranks on the first page of Google due to efficient organisation and testing
