Conesville Facililty - Aep Conesville Power Plant

Headwaters Plant Services 2003-Present. OFFICE MANAGERDuties include, but are not limited to:- Billing Meeting – Coordinate with AEP personnel in a monthly meeting to determine billable tonnages and work for monthly revenue, revenue exceeding millions. - Extra Work Orders – process all receipts, time sheets, man hours, machine hours and invoices on an invoice correlating with AEP personnel.- Petty Cash Reconciliation - Employee relations & communications.- All activities related to hiring and termination (interviews, background checks, hiring documentation (applications, PCO’s, W-4 Form, Form I9, Notification of Release Form, Sexual Harassment, Information Technology Department, Direct Deposit Authorization Form, Basic Life and Accident Beneficiary Form, Documentation of Short Term Disability, Cobra Insurance, Employee Handbook) - All paperwork required to administer insurance benefits, as well as, 401 (k) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.- Payroll- Medical Surveillance Program – schedule examinations, random drug testing, administer exams (Pre-placement, suspicion, post accident, follow up and DOT (Controlled Substances & Alcohol) - Data entry of Cost Analysis, Truck Haul Statistics and Unit Cost Tracking Master - Production of a daily report for AEP summarizing day to day activities including truck tonnages, employee hours worked, as well as, current activities on the AEP landfill and designated areas with AEP supervision.- Implementation and enforcement of policy.- Assist in DOT Regulatory Compliance paperwork- Pay invoices on a monthly basis (code and scan to corporate)
