In my present role, I am managing strategic planning and execution of diverse instructional approaches for GLOSS supplementary materials, catering specifically to ILR levels 2+, 3, and 3+ in listening and reading activities. Additionally, sharing the ideas, simplifying complex concepts, and orchestrating the creation of empowering learning experiences, resulting in delivering materials that resonate with learners and facilitate more profound understanding of the content.Here are my contributions: • Spearheaded multiple e-learning projects aimed at transformation education by incorporating technology.• Elevated learner engagement and comprehension through the development of a dynamic e-learning curriculum.• Facilitated collaboration with foreign language experts to infuse real-life experiences into listening/reading materials.

As a VLO Developer, I was examining and extracting the core information relevant to learning objectives, confirming a robust foundation for the development of scalable eLearning materials.
