I was responsible for recruiting all internal staff as well as the security guards we had out on various contracts for retail outlets and GCHQ. I managed all advertising of vacancies which included job boards and the job centre as well as conducting the first stage interview process, providing recommendations for which candidates proceeded to the next stage. I was also responsible for arranging for successful candidates to attend a training day with the trainer.
