I graduated from York Technical College with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. I plan to use my degree to work in a dental office where I can utilize my skills to the fullest. I previously worked in the medical and dental insurance field for twelve years where I gained knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding. As a Claims Specialist I worked closely with both the providers and patients, which has given me a deeper respect for the reverse side of the medical and dental field.
