Known at the time as PokerStars- Reporting to the CFO of this global multi-currency listed e-gaming company- Accountable for cash management, foreign exchange, investment management and establishing and maintaining strong relationships whilst managing over 500 bank accounts - Preparing comprehensive, accurate and up to date cash flow forecasting and managing all payments to ensure their timely completion - Proactively contributing to major decision making processes as a member of the senior leadership team - Solely responsible for managing a major investment portfolio for the group and foreign exchange risk in more than 20 currencies- Identifying and delivering effective banking solutions in numerous countries where e-gaming has little prevalence as an industry - Responsible as the director of the Group’s Investment company Key Achievements: - Instigated and led the project team to implement the automation of processes within the finance department, which included corporate Swift membership and the introduction of a new Treasury Management System resulting in significantly reduced accounts payable processing time by 1.5 days per month; 12 days saved per month for accounts receivable and saving the treasury team a combined 10 days per month through streamlining payments and improvement to bank balance reporting/transfers and the collation of MI/queries- Part of the team that worked on the sale of Rational Group to Amaya ($4.9bn).- Finalist for Inspiration of the Year 2016 in Women in Gaming - Shortlisted for Woman of the Year 2016 in Treasury Today - Led the initiative to introduce a Gender Initiative brand within the group which resulted in the company becoming a member of the Lean In community.- Instrumental in setting up inaugural Lean In Circle, consisting of the senior women in the organisation and delivered a series of presentations to others in the organisation worldwide
