I love sharing my passion for wine, but most of all, I love the fact that some of the proceeds from each wine selected at all tastings go toward the prevention of homelessness among families with children. Manage all online and offline marketing communications to support the McLaren Oakland Foundation mission. Accomplishments include establishing and launching the Foundation’s newsletter, redesigning the Foundation’s website in collaboration with the hospital’s corporate team, gaining two to four media sponsorships for all of the Foundation’s signature events, as well as managing the employee and other annual giving programs.

Hired by Aquent, a marketing recruiting firm, for temporary marketing positions as follows:•Marketing Project Manager for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in developing and executing marketing plans for key products and services (December 2011 - present)•Communications Specialist for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in handling all employee communications for their business knowledge Intranet site. (April 2009 - present)•Market Planner for Schoolcraft College in developing a comprehensive marketing plan for their Continuing Education and Workforce Development Department. (December 2008 - January 2009)

Coordinated a system wide brand launch for twelve senior living communities. This project included planning a naming ceremony for each community, coordinating new marketing collaterals, developing and implementing media strategies for advertising and public relations. Public relations efforts generated close to $10,000 worth of advertising on the brand launch for both individual communities and the Southeast Michigan region. Developed and implemented a regional as well as local marketing plans that included market assessments, target market identification, marketing strategies and tactics, time lines, control measures and budgets.

Developed and launched integrated marketing and sales campaigns for various services and products for a professional services firm’s health care and not-for-profit groups. The campaigns included market opportunity assessments, competitive analysis, target list development, print advertising, direct mail, trade show participation, and telemarketing. Responsibilities also included holding management and staff accountable for plan implementation.

Developed and implemented marketing plans for the hospital's major service lines, including cardiology, oncology, women's health, orthopedics and behavioral medicine.Responsible for all primary market research activities. Studies included focus groups and individual interviews with physicians, patients and key referral sources to assess current programs and services and identify opportunties for increased admissions. Initiated and coordinated the major renovations for the hospital’s web site.Contributed to the hospital's newsletters, coordinated special community events and participated in other public relations activities.
