I have gained experience in recruitment and selection, writing of procedures and implementing policies. I have assisted in administrating employee benefits, the hiring process including exit interviews and assisting in phone screening for potential candidates. I also worked within the Facilities Department where I gained experience with budgets and finance coding.

I worked as a receptionist and physiotherapist aide. I gained knowledge in employee benefits plans in regards to healthcare, WCB claims, and MPI injury claims and procedures. I was active in account receivable collections and implementing a recycling program for the clinic.

I was a Certified Trainer and a Team Leader. I trained with- on the job and off the job training methods and helped with the recruiting process at the restaurant. I was also involved with the Health and Safety Committee for 15 years and joined the Environmental GreenTeam for the last 2 years.

I researched profiles regarding environmental companies in Western Canada for the Environmental Affairs Branch in Ottawa. As a intern for one year, I represented the International Trade Centre at job fairs and at import and export trade shows. It was a great work experience in the public sector.
