Responsible and accountable for the daily sytems administration and configuration management of the WHS Pharmacy Benefit Management system infrasturcture/environments.

•Responsibilities included managing a team of 12 accountable for all systems and facilities development, support and maintenance; including application, database and LAN support of the order entry, dispensing, imaging systems and facility monitoring/security system. Mechanical support and maintenance of all conveyer, facilities and dispensing systems. Facilities Janitorial support and maintenance. Skills include DB2, Sybase, SCOUNIX, LAN Token ring and Ethernet, SI Handling conveyer expertise, Kohler Generator and UPS support/maintenance expertise.

•Responsible and accountable for the successful planning and build out of the first Walgreens Mail Service Facility. Responsibilities included planning and implementing a $10M + campus wide order entry and dispensing system, network and facilities. Developed project schedules and managed the relationships, task, risk and workload between application, infrastructure, vendor and management teams. Including…facility evaluation, budgeting, networking, data center systems design and build-out, vendor management, executive updates and on time completion of the project. Managed the hiring of Information Technology, Mechanical and Janitorial support staff.

Responsible and accountable for WAN/LAN network communications throughout all Walgreen retail and support facilities.
