Donna has over 15 years of experience in assisting employers to comply with employment, labour, human rights, workers compensation legislation on a day to day basis and to investigate and respond to wrongful dismissal, human rights, privacy, workers compensation claims as they arise. Donna was an associate and partner with Fasken Martinueau DuMoulin LLP until 1993 when she left practice to concentrate on raising a family. She then served as Counsel and Corporate Secretary for a public mining company, Denison Mines Limited, for 7 years before returning to Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP in 2004. One of Donna's career goals was to open her own law office and so, in 2012, she announced her new practice, Gallant Employment Law, serving employers throughout Ontario.
