Recruited by the franchisee to design and oversee build-out of his first store. Formulated and implemented the strategic plan. Set business goals, budgets, and financial tracking tools. Oversaw payroll, A/R, A/P, tax planning, and cash control. Created policies and procedures for sales, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, operations, and human resources. Recruited, hired, and trained all staff for the company. Developed and evolved performance management tools including job descriptions, self-appraisal documents, and reviews.

Recruited to return to Tiffany by a former supervisor to open and manage the chain’s new “all-pearl” concept store. Hired and trained team to achieve both individual selling and store goals through high-level training, coaching and motivational sales contests.
