• Create an efficient, effective, and enjoyable experience for guests and sponsors before, during, and after each AEV event.• Design and execute email/phone communication plans to guests and sponsors who participate in AEV events• Work with third party vendors such as AV, hotels, convention centers, and travel agencies to ensure smooth and enjoyable event production for guests and sponsors at each event. Source additional vendors and obtain proposals and quotes as necessary.• Train and onboard new Customer Success Specialists/Interns as needed

• Continue fulfilling all responsibilities associated with being a Guest Recruitment Specialist• Manage team of 3-4 Guest Recruitment Specialists • Create quantitative goals and recruitment pacing schedules for each event, and assign specific recruitment roles to each team member• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership for daily activity including researching guest prospects, developing weekly business plans, creating message regimes, tracking and monitoring pacing goals, etc.• Conduct annual performance reviews and quarterly 1-on-1 meetings with each team member• Train and onboard new Guest Relations Specialists/Interns as needed

• Recruit guests to attend annual hosted-style events for the installed technology industry (including the Total Tech Summit and TecHomeX) via dedicated phone and email outreach• Plan and execute aggressive phone/email outreach to generate qualification calls• Deliver presentations to prospects about our event concepts and value propositions• Close guest agreements in accordance with overall goals and pacing schedules for each event• Track and manage detailed records of outreach made to prospects in Salesforce• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to create successful events• Attend each event and assist with on-site production, mainly serving as a resource and point person to guests and sponsors
