Co-owner of small cafe which serverd coffees, sandwiches and pasta dishes. Live entertainment on Thursday (Jazz), Friday (open Mic night) Saturday (Acoustic Guitar and local musicians). I was in charge of lining up entertainment, advertising and interfacing with beer/wine and other vendors. Increased business by 46% during the 4 years I was involved in the restaurant. Eventually my partner and I wanted to go in different directions and we split. It was a friendly split and was the right business decision for me. I loved the business and dream of going back into it one day.
