I commenced my recruitment career as an Associate with Hays, advancing to various directorial positions in the latter half of my career with Hays.As a Chartered Accountant, my core recruitment experience is within Accounting and Finance - partnering with clients from iconic global brands through to SME entities - both in Brisbane and Dublin, Ireland.In the latter half of my time with Hays, I held both regional and business orientated director-level roles. As a Queensland Regional Director, I drove the growth and development of a number of key white collar businesses for 5 Queensland offices including Accounting & Finance, Office Support, HR, Legal, Banking & Finance and Contact Centre. This include the expansion of core businesses regionally, and the opening of new office locations. In the final years with Hays, I played a key role in the development and expansion of Hays Brisbane Southside Blue Collar businesses - incorporating Construction Trades, Manufacturing & Operations, Logistics and Facilities Management. During this time, I was responsible for Hays largest blue collar region in Queensland. As Business Director, I was the driving force in developing a successful client engagement strategy in South East Queensland to enhance client partnerships for a number of key preferential clients. As Account Director for various national, state and local accounts, I focused on delivering real value to clients and was instrumental in delivering contemporary thought leadership pieces on a range of issues.
