Current- Facility & Real Estate Operations August 2014 – PresentOperations Lead
- Supervising all aspects of facility operations for the 400 plus employee, 180,000 square foot class A property, to ensure quality and value of departments service to include: daily operations, facility maintenance.
- Managing facility operations budget for headquarters division.
- Manage print management service platform, for 300 plus multifunction devices in the GDMS portfolio. Leading weekly meetings with Canon representatives regarding new installations, removals and service issues while.
- Liaison to Property management in regards to coordination of operations with building engineers, cleaners, outside vendors and daily building operations.
- Supervise all phases among, building resources, outside vendors, and contractors to accomplish desired results in an economical and timely manner.
