Initiated, organized, or participated in the development of analytical strategies such as strategic plans, concepts of operations, standard operating procedures, defining roles and responsibilities, production planning; architectural strategies for planning, creating, and developing a supporting infrastructure for advanced phenomenological exploitation to include hardware and software discovery, design, acquisition, and employment. Consulted with organizational stakeholders to discover, plan, initiate, and implement an advanced network connection to enhance and stabilize complex data accessibility. Spearheaded an initiative for a more effective control and management of advanced computer hardware systems and their respective software applications. Led and coordinated with internal and external organizational entities in strategic infrastructure planning, documentation, and monitoring, in support of an advanced phenomenological exploitation hardware design, acquisition, and employment.
