Continued to provide voluntary awareness activities, community involvement, and local political and business interaction resulting in installation of lighting through the Parks and Recreation Council; first instance of night time lighting for the skate park.Spearheaded community awareness and involvement in rejuvenating alternative uses of community parks and recreation areas that garnered Congressional support, sponsorship of local political and business leaders, local newspaper endorsement, and community acclaim.Designed, created, and initiated the community public skate park project initiative to improve and enhance county parks and recreation facilities resulting in successfully raising $200K for initial construction budget while continuing fund-raising efforts to further fund subsequent construction phases.

Led and participated in business discovery and collaborative capture planning (proposal color team) to ensure proposal responses carry out winning capture strategiesDeveloped and coordinated an initial GEOINT Training and Education Program to enhance and advance analytical skills, form policy and procedures, and provide technological and analytical awareness. Developed, coordinated, and implemented a geospatial systems transition plan that included both hardware and software oversight, procedural direction, and technical oversight. Provided guidance and direction in the physical, technical, and procedural development of the Marine Corps Joint Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (JPED) Full Motion Video (FMV) program. Provided strategic analysis and support in defining and associating key analytic issues, framed as key intelligence questions (KIQ), as a key component of the Marine Corps Program of Analysis (POA) from both an overall and geospatial perspective. Initiated, organized, or participated in the development of analytical strategies such as strategic plans, concepts of operations, standard operating procedures, defining roles and responsibilities, production planning; architectural strategies for planning, creating, and developing a supporting infrastructure for advanced phenomenological exploitation to include hardware and software discovery, design, acquisition, and employment. Consulted with organizational stakeholders to discover, plan, initiate, and implement an advanced network connection to enhance and stabilize complex data accessibility. Spearheaded an initiative for a more effective control and management of advanced computer hardware systems and their respective software applications. Led and coordinated with internal and external organizational entities in strategic infrastructure planning, documentation, and monitoring, in support of an advanced phenomenological exploitation hardware design, acquisition, and employment.

Developed and maintained organizational strategic planning, operating, and performance management documents to comply with and advance identified requirements. Developed, established, and led a professional lecture series to bring distinguished academics, senior analysts, intelligence community experts, and geospatial business representatives to discuss technological advancements, analytical methodologies, future directions, and community efforts. Spearheaded continuous process improvements through original visionary documents purposed for strategic value in the advancement of a structural framework for success. Consulted on and participated in recommending and formulating objectives within internal organizational Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPB&E) phases aligned with national fiscal priorities and schedules. Tirelessly worked with Government appointed Team Leads, Branch and Division Chiefs, and Senior Government scientific personnel in developing and integrating an advanced Geospatial analysis and production program.

Collaborated in the formulation of a thoughtful and insightful understanding that translated into a comprehensive planning strategy of Marine Corps geospatial knowledge and how Geospatial Information Systems could apply to initiatives, trends, and processes.
