Using individual, team, organizational, and customer assessments I uncover performance gaps. Through my coaching, leaders create transformation in their own performance and then with their teams, which results in highly productive employees, increasing customer loyalty and profitability. My executive coaching program establishes an action plan for each leader as an accountability and decision-making framework for continuous improvement, and also develops their ability to inspire through clear goals and visions.Over 8 years I have produced increased returns for executive leaders through my leadership and organizational development expertise. Executive coaching programs I’ve led include: Royal Dutch Shell, the City of Palo Alto, ILFC and Fathom Realty. When Shell faced a wave of retirees in the Gulf of Mexico, I coached eight teams of managerial and technical leaders to rapidly transfer knowledge through leadership development. I coached management teams for the City of Palo Alto to lead their staffs through expanded responsibilities, employee frustration caused by construction delays, and cross-team communication challenges to open five new libraries. For ILFC I coached 12 executives to navigate their political landscapes and expand their leadership effectiveness with other divisions and their teams. With my organizational assessment expertise, I coached Fathom Realty's leadership team to leverage vital insights from their agents, brokers, and district managers that enabled them to grow rapidly by hiring agents nationally.
