I have been specializing in the operation of software companies since 1983 when I started my own medical practice management software company. I merged my company (DR Software, Inc.) with 5 other medical software companies to form the publicly held InfoCure Corporation in 1997. I was CIO at InfoCure, and participated in the acquisition and integration of 43 additional companies over a three year period, while overseeing our internal operations. I have been an owner with an operations role at two other software companies since then, both of which have been successfully acquired. I am currently General Manager of the Atlanta office (550+ employees) and Director of Operations at Yardi Systems, a $1B privately held software company specializing in property management software for the Real Estate industry.
