Introduced new brand of soy candles into the grocery, natural food, drug, and military channels.

Responsible for all aspects of store operations, as well as providing a safe and positive work environment for both staff and customers.

Responsible for $15 million in sales within 3 classes of trade – Natural Food, Supermarket, and Food Service. Managed both direct (12 individuals) and broker sales personnel (40 – 50 individuals), as well as the 90-day promotional calendar.

Implemented sales programs through distributors in the Midwest with responsibility for $25 million in sales. Managed 12 companies within the Hain-Celestial Division. The companies that I managed were in the following categories: baby food, canned goods, baking products, pasta, cereal, soup, and soy beverages.
