Since leaving CipherPass I have been self employed, consulting at IT start-ups and early phase growth companies, designing go-to-market strategies, business plan creation and business development.

I was a co-founder with Craig Cluett. Developed a PKI based secure email and file&folder encryption tool that we sold in the healthcare and financial verticals. CipherPass sold controlling interest in June 2007 to a VC firm from California.
