While the ongoing engineering improvements of the Cyclo Polisher were being implemented, I oversaw the re-tooling of the manufacturing activities so that the RUPES BigFoot power tools could be manufactured in the USA. I was responsible for the manufacturing process design, shopfloor layout, design and acquisition of various tools and fixtures for assembly of the BigFoot and Cyclo products.
