Constantly motivated and enthusiastic, a fluently bilingual (English & French) senior professional with over 20 years experience in process and facility engineering, information technology (automation) and validation. Presently with Alstom Transport, as team lead for the integration and validation of the SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system for the Integrated Command and Control system for the Métro de Montréal.Previous employment with research organizations, suppliers, manufacturers, and as a consultant resulted in the application of timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions for the process engineering, information technology (automation) and simulation of industrial processes. The primary field of application of this experience was the engineering design, procurement and construction of many industrial processes covering mining and metallurgy (Noranda, IOC, Dofasco, Algoma, Alcan, etc.), pulp and paper (Donohue, Consolidated-Bathurst, Kruger, etc.), and chemicals and petrochemicals (Gulf, Shell, etc.).Continuous improvement of the life-cycle managed project methodology used for the engineering, construction, commissioning and validation of bio-pharmaceutical facilities and processes; in particular “clean” (cGxP) facilities and processes complete with validated Clean-In-Place (CIP), Steam-In-Place (SIP), information (21 CFR part11) and automation systems (PLC, DCS, HMI, MES, BMS, etc.). Direct experience in providing project management of the engineering (user requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, FAT/SAT, commissioning, etc.) and validation (IQ, OQ and PQ qualification protocols, SOPs, Validation Master Plans, etc.) solutions for the laboratories and production facilities of Merck-Frosst, Galderma, Hemosol, GSK Biopharmaceuticals and Cephalon (France).
