•Lead a high-performance and engaged team of five who provide requisition-to-pay (R2P) end-user support and process improvements across mills, converting plants, recycling plants, and corporate.•Managed material master data management project to lead and drive improved progress and results. This project was focused on the cleansing of Maintenance, Repair, Operations master data, re-designing processes, evaluating innovative technologies, and improving overall master data governance and sustainment. •Co-led the deployment of a 3rd party dedicated, centralized purchasing organization supporting ~170 converting locations to improve costs and standardize sourcing and procurement processes, specifically expanding the use of Ariba Guided Buy and supplier catalogs to streamline purchasing process and improve contract utilization.•Outsourced/displaced 2.5 FTE ($430K annually) end-user support work to business process outsourcing provider.•Co-led team reorganization
