Responsible for providing Strategic HR support to the Corporate Sales and Marketing team including performance management, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, training and development, benefits and compensation, policy and procedure compliance, organizational development, and other corporate initiatives. Investigates help line calls and resolves employee conflicts and/or questions. Conducts new hire orientation and other training programs. Assists in resolution of employee problems or questions with benefits. Monitors for compliance to Federal, State, and local laws and company policies.

Lead and manage a team of recruiters in multiple cities responsible for all field recruiting functions. Work closely with key business partners, Human Resources and others to develop and execute comprehensive recruiting and on-boarding initiatives. Design and deliver sourcing and recruiting initiatives. Regularly evaluate methods for creating efficiencies in recruiting and pre-employment processes and initiatives. Research, gather and report on industry information to use in recruiting efforts. Organize and participate in recruiting events and trade shows both.

Identified, researched, and developed effective solutions for operational performance, quality issues and trends specific to remote workforce. Acted as a liaison between Headquarters, the Reservations Centers, technology, the project team, and human resources regarding any issues impacting Remote Agents. Established performance objectives. Ensured consistent deployment of remote agent processes independent of geographic location. Implemented ResAnywhere Technical Assistance Desk.

Supported all levels of employee relations within Reservations. Partnered with Agent and Clerical Councils. Provided HR expertise in the areas of compensation/benefits, staffing/career planning, compliance, and training. Responsible for conducting investigations pertaining to harassment and inappropriate behavior. Liaised with legal, diversity, HR technology and benefits as needed. Acted as resource regarding application of division and corporate guidelines and policies, administrative activities and FMLA. Developed and facilitated, training for leadership and employee involvement teams. Facilitated, and supported divisional appeal process. Supported HR initiatives and programs such as Annual Enrollment, Positive Labor Relations training, Company Offered Leaves of Absence, Early Out Packages, and Reduction in Force.
