I am an Assistant Member in the Department of Cancer Epidemiology at Moffitt Cancer Center with extensive training in nutritional, molecular, and cancer epidemiology. My long-term career objective is to become an esteemed investigator with a research program focused on elucidating the interrelationships among modifiable dietary and lifestyle exposures, the microbiome, and cancer risk. Given that these interrelationships remain largely understudied in non-White populations, my research program will strongly emphasize addressing racial/ethnic disparities by conducting microbiome studies among minority populations.
