HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax) and GPON network monitoring,downtime escalation and to field engineers.Tier three support for collocation , customer backup network and ISP Services.Facilities maintenance (monitoring and management of air-conditioning, UPS, generators, power usage) at the NOC and other remote sitesAcknowledgement of alarms noted on Equipment or Links and performing Fault diagnostic checks within stipulated timelines.Dispatching and co-coordinating field engineers based on escalations for active downtimes and preventive maintenance jobs.
