Over the course of my practical training at Rackson Composite Sdn Bhd, I gained valuable experience in various aspects of construction project management. I was actively involved in site inspections, progress reviews, and safety inductions, which enhanced my understanding of OSHA 1994 and industry safety standards. My role required me to review architectural and structural plans, understand stage payments and claims, and engage in meetings with subcontractors and clients to discuss project details and timelines. I also had the opportunity to learn about building materials and construction techniques, as well as the importance of accurate documentation and communication. My participation in reviewing tender documents and contract clauses further sharpened my skills in quantity surveying and contract management. This hands-on experience has equipped me with a solid foundation in the construction industry, preparing me for future challenges and opportunities in this field.
