A restructuring took place within the organisation and currently I head the Front Office and Student Management Department. At the same time, I handle the role of local HR (some aspects of HR are under the group - Sunway Education Group (SEG) . I am also involved in sourcing for Training and Development for the college.Where academic is concerned, currently I handle one MPU (Mata Pelajaran Umum) subject which is Community Service for the diploma students. I hold a teaching permit which is valid until 2020. I am also the programme coordinator for OBU Oxford Brooke mentoring services.I have three full time direct reports and 2 part-time direct reports.Ac hoc corporate events such as MOU signing, corporate dinners and celebrations, graduation ceremony, etc comes under my portfolio periodically.

I run two core departments in the college - the Students Services Department as well as the Front Office Department. We are accountable from registration to collection of fees, students activities, students wellness and counselling, hostel, library, among others. I have 5 direct reports (3 full time staff and 2 part timers).On top of that, I also manage some corporate events for the college.
