-Manage $700K+ PD contract to secure Colorado state READ Act funds. -Annually design 10 customized, full-day professional development sessions for participation by teachers and leaders from 615+ schools.-Coordinate participants, materials, locations, and consultant trainers for up to 11 PD sessions throughout the school year held in each of 8 state regions.-Coordinate and schedule facilitators for 4 onsite visits per school to 46 Year 1 schools.-Communicate status updates and PD session needs to both internal and customer teams.

- Lead PD Design cycles for mCLASS Intervention; support on other mCLASS products. - Hire, prepare, and coach mCLASS Professional Learning Specialists to deliver quality PD in sessions across the country.- Plan and design training decks, videos, content and collateral for use in national assessment and Intervention trainings.- Apply best practices of adult learning to facilitation session design.
