• Assist young adults with severe autism in all household tasks while recording each person’s residential habilitation plan • Assist individuals with physical care including toileting, showering, tooth brushing, grooming, dressing and hygiene• Perform approved SCIP interventions and follow all behavioral programs • Responsible for monitoring and recording resident’s progress on several daily monitoring logs• Communicate relevant information to staff and supervisors verbally and in writing• Document consumer behaviors, assess patterns of behavior and recommend interventions to affect positive change• Assist with all daily activities and events, including modeling appropriate social responses for each resident

• Take immediate direction from Regional Safety Manager• Perform miscellaneous tasks within the main office, for example, filing and answering phones• Occasionally make deliveries to various locations throughout Manhattan. • Occasionally work as a fill in Security Guard or Porter at various locations throughout Manhattan

• Test chemical levels and maintain Board of Health standards. • Recognize, respond to emergencies and administer first aid and CPR.• Observe and maintain swimmer safety.• Minimize and eliminate hazardous situations and behaviors to prevent injury.

• Provide customers with a warm and friendly environment for dining.• Take food orders and communicate with kitchen staff via computer.• Fulfill orders from the bar in absence of bartender.• Maintain a clean and healthy environment for customers.

• Record patient care and medical records such as vital signs and admission forms for nurses, doctors and therapists.• Plan and organize on ground patient activities. • Maintain patient safety and assist in the de-escalation of patients using Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Training.• Supervise and guide patients in need of one to one care.• Provide assistance with activities for daily living such as personal hygiene.

• Document location, time and description of patient codes into excel spreadsheets.• Control alarm door system throughout the day.• Answer and transfer phone calls to hospital personnel.• Sort and organize mass overnight mailing system.
