Provide career management services to the re-entry population with a focus on helping clients obtain employment. Duties include client eligibility verification, employment assessment and intake, interviewing, referrals to supportive services, employer services, career coaching, job search and orientation/classroom instruction, and regular follow-up in client’s individual employment plan. Facilitate client access to supportive services, social services, training, education, as well as aptitude, values, interest and training needs in assessing job readiness and preparing client for re-entry to the workforce. I serve as a liaison between instructors, businesses and other client resources. I help client’s navigate the One-Stop/Worksource services and referral system. Ensure that client file documentation meets regulatory guidelines and are completed in a timely manner.
