Execute the certification department’s community engagement plan for a specified stakeholder community (Global, Corporate, and Military Partners). Implement and manage community engagement strategies for Global and Corporate communities by interacting, connecting and building relationships. Serve as a point of contact and provide personalized assistance to internal stakeholder units . Represent certification interests by attending events and other key community functions to promote benefits, raise awareness, and acquire new partnerships. Participate in meetings and conduct presentations or speeches as required to provide on-going access to education of Certification and its related products and services. Track, monitor, and evaluate engagement activities in order to recommend areas of growth and future opportunities. Perform administrative duties as required to support community related business processes and to ensure proper upkeep of certification records and reports.

Serve as a key player in the implementation of the Customer Care Center Knowledge Base / data management and storage system. Revise the call quality monitoring process to ensure feedback was meaningful and timely for the representatives. Revise the department onboarding manual, and assist with departmental training, development, and onboarding. Correspond via email and phone with SHRM members. Collect and document departmental procedures and processes. Serve as onsite coordinator and registration manager for several SHRM conferences. Provide SHRM Certification and Cobalt training for new Customer Care team members. Serve as a liaison for the SHRM Certification team lounge at several SHRM Annual Conference events. Serve as interim Team Lead for SHRM Certification Customer Service team, managing schedules, escalations and daily operations.
