Worked with three other students in the spring of 2017 on a project for Creative Dining Services, a food service company based out of Zeeland, Michigan looking to improve their current sales proposal.- Analyzed current sales proposal and CDS' intended market- Interviewed current and past clients and employees of CDS to determine Unique Selling Propositions- Proposed recommendations for a more concise design and effective use of words, cutting down the amount of copy in the current sales proposal by over 50%- Presented findings to CEO of CDS; saw implementation of recommendationsWorked with three other students and two community leaders in the spring of 2016 to assist Rua Associates, a mergers and acquisitions company looking to improve client satisfaction and increase the rate of successful closings.- Conducted and analyzed 18 interviews with various business partners of Rua to determine company strengths and downfalls- Gave presentation on team’s findings to Rua’s executive team

Diplomat Pharmacy is the nation's largest independent specialty pharmacy, located in the heart of Flint, Michigan. A company truly dedicated to their patients and their community.As an intern at Diplomat, I worked in many communication areas such as marketing, public relations, and corporate social responsibility. I aided in the planning of the very first Health Fair open to the public at Diplomat Pharmacy that occurred in September of 2016.
