Main responsibilities in this role included the following:• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.• Assist with the development, revision and maintenance of all Flight Attendant Training materials and course-ware.• Assist in auditing current policies/procedures to ensure compliance with CFRs and TSRs.• Assist with the tracking and verification of currency for the Flight Attendant Training Records• Conduct Quality Assurance Rides/Line Checks to audit and evaluate safety and service procedures.• Assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of all training events for FAs.• Responsible for coordination and scheduling of all resources for classroom and hands on training events• Responsible for Instructing/Facilitation of Flight Attendant Training Programs• Responsible for conducting Initial Operating Experience Flights for new hires• Responsible for conducting quarterly audits of training programs• Support the day to day operational duties of the In flight Department• Any other duties assigned by management
