- Managing key strategic accounts in Greater China and responsible for Net Recurring Revenue & Profit.- Working actively to create cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for existing customers- Building trusted relationship with assigned key accounts

-Support key CPaaS & SaaS project across whole APAC region-Manage key accounts across APAC, focusing on E-commerce, Fintech, Retail industry-Responsible for cross-sell, upsell growth with full product portfolio

-Assist in key account management-Help customer reduce cost and workload with omni channels solution-Responsible for revenue growth and profit growth-Won cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in CpasS product portfolio.-Support North APAC team in generating new business by analyzing competitors’ activities and market intelligence knowledge-Act as internal customer advocate with Marketing, Technical & Product teams

-In charge of several key accounts , support with advertisement data collecting, data processing and analyzing, reaching 100% clients renewing contracts; -According to different demand of clients, provide service of building Anatomy of a Connected Consumer,consuming habits analysis, interests industry analysis,etc; - Assist clients with precision advertising and renew advertising strategy; -Gain the 1st line experience to deal with multiple clients, understand the key points of keeping balance between clients and work;

- Be responsible of Global Volunteer department,developed 30 core members,and over 80+ volunteers to 20 countries around the world in 1 year ; - Gain Net Promoting Scores of 8.5/10，receiving highly recommendation from volunteers(clients); -Build efficient working process of managing emergency cases, train and assign member to every volunteers; -Carry out market research, re-analyze target group and promoting theme, achieving 10% customer conversion rate;
