Report to APAC HR Director.2. Keep close understanding of business needs.3. Act as the trusted HR advisor and business partner for the region. Countries covered include Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines,Thailand, Indonesia, China (HK, Shanghai, Shenzhen), India (Mumbai, New Delhi), Australia(Melbourne, Sydney).4. Review and benchmark internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives.5. Partner with business leaders to align HQ HR program and processes with business objectives, to deliver HQ HR policies locally in the regions.6. Work on full spectrum of HR including performance and talent management; employee relations; compensation and benefits; learning and development.
