  HRP:• Join Business monthly review meeting, build a relationship with Business, understand business growth needs to provide a relevant suggestion/comments as HRP’s perspective.• Work with business leaders on developing and reviewing key talents, like 9-boxes annually.• Work with business leaders to build up a health OC chart and Competency model for like CRA, Line Manager Level etc.• Provide effective and data-driven insights, like people metrics, attrition etc. and people advice working with COE team and HRSD team.• Closely work with COE team and HRSD team to ensure the successful delivery of onsite and offsite HR Services• Yearly salary analysis and review with business head based on global budget• Yearly PMD review, rating, and other compensation project etc.ER: • Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple senior leaders and managers with specific focus on low performance issues, violations of China discipline policy etc;• PIP process, support Line Manager to design the PIP form, including Objectives/action plan/measures and timeline;• Support Line Manager to improve people management skills and mindset, provide related training/workshop etc;• Responsible for case investigation management according to LabCorp ER principle;• Provide advice and counsel to leaders and managers and employees to ensure consistent application and investigations policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment;• Ensure that employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.
