Key responsibilities: 1. Manage NPI Builds Readiness by working with contract manufacturing partners and cross functional teams2. Provide direction on the daily build plan based on build priorities, engineering validation needs, and material availability, work with factory on build executions3. Manage changes to the Build Matrix according to build status, issues, engineering and manufacturing validation needs4. Collaborate with internal and CM Engineering team to drive FACA of engineering, design, process, manufacturing and technical issues5. Ensuring CM partners are applying good quality control at IQC, SMT and FATP6. Driving yield and UPH improvements with our CM and in collaboration with internal x-functional teams.

Ensure supply assurance, implementing regular capacity planning review for critical commodities, conduct regular review to assure ramp readiness for new program4. Ensure continuity of supply, driving necessary and timely action for potential supply issue, strong alignment with WW Material for accurate CTB.5. Understand top issues and yield hitters gating ramp, work with team for FACA6. Daily review pipeline, CTB and yield report from NPI builds through sustaining7. Drive factory preparation and execution for trial run, DOE to meet technical team request

Key responsibilities:1. Institute Early Supplier Involvement and Concurrent Engineering processes to ensure our manufacturing partners and key Tier 1 suppliers are involved in the design and development of new products.2. Focal point of China side NPI programs activities3. Driving cost and cycle time reductions with our partners and in collaboration with other x-functional teams4. Drive the development engineering builds readiness, including BOM, equipment, fixtures, jigs, lines set up and material etc.5. Be responsible for effective management of risks and dependencies while ensuring timely decisions are being made, ensuring quality of the product and projects schedules6. Join phases gates reviews, projects status reports, etc. to keep team informed of new product introduction progress and risks. Control factory builds schedule, cost, production efficiency to meet stakeholder’s expectation7. Manage NPI through ramp and sustaining builds8. Develop manufacturing processes at the factory and drive line qualifications by working with x-functional teams and CM partners.

1. Establish Operation Plan of Record for New Product programs, interface with materials planning organizations to establish material pipelines2. Manage, coordinate, drive and motivate the NPI product transfer project team to execute the project objectives & goals. Liaise with OPS & R&D as well as the site functional departments to ensure NPI plan/ product transfer plan in each phase are executed per schedule, and finally release new product in manufacturing site to meet the schedule, costs and quality targets3. As the key contact window of the project in manufacturing site managing contract manufacture, responsible to coordinate the manufacturing plan delivery, drive the manufacturing plan to be executed in SZ site on time. Maintain and publish the project status with clear schedules, timelines and ownership, driving each phase design change to be released into Agile system and implemented on schedule 4. Participate and drive manufacturing readiness reviews of all NPI’s.5. Ensure all the assembly equipment, tooling & fixtures be calibrated timely, functional and correctly used on production line, and meet the capacity requirement, manage operating expense & capital expenditure budgets consistent with company strategic and operating business plans, handle each NPI build RFQ.6. Ensure new product yield is on track and continuously support yield improvement and cost reduction, also continuously to coordinate and support the quick resolution of the new production issues related to test, yield, quality, material, capacity and reliabilities etc.7. Update and provide feedback on projects thru metrics; Identify and manage project related risks and facilitate the team in resolving roadblocks. Communicate progress within the team as well to the organization, team meeting minutes and wkly report

1. Working with IBM/Lenovo team on project management (PCBA of PC); drive completion of business readiness checklist through project lifecycle; supporting customers by managing the supply pipeline from the customer demand through the delivery of the product, EOL excess/liability control, contract review and negotiation 2. Working with customers and internal teams to adjust build plan when factories faced with material constraints and quality on-hold, resolution and recovery plan driving 3. Managing Finish Goods weekly Days of Inventory (DOI) trend and material inventory/WIP, providing close watch on End of Life (EOL) product build, keep working with customer on LTB considering forecast and excess material, liability claim until project closed 4. Influence management team decision making with regular business analysis 5. Lead business team to improve business process continuously to fulfill customers with best service6. Planning based on customer demand, coordinate with factory and operations teams to prioritize critical orders, ensure orders ship cleanly as scheduled, and drive improved order cycle time.7. Coordinate with factory and Lenovo/Intel Operations, Materials, and procurement teams to plan the impact on production priorities of incoming supply for production-critical components. Allocate constrained component supply between projects.

1. Assist Global Demand Planning Manager for the creation and execution of accurate and timely build plan to downstream manufacturing for both NPI and sustaining business and inventory guidelines 2. Schedule/Reschedule sales orders.3. Generate Master Production Schedule plan (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly) per sales forecast and sales order, Capacity, Material as well Engineering Process status. 4. Work closely with buyers to continuously improve materials delivery cycle time. 5. Work closely with Production/Engineering to continuously improve production cycle time/product yield. 6. Follow up order execution status, track OTD performance and come up with action plan for continual improvement7. Quote, bidding for new customer
