 Develop and manage broad and deep supplier relationships with assigned key/strategic suppliers by Vendor management to optimize financial and operational performance for APJC (Asia Pacific Japan China) Identify and qualify right suppliers the first time on a regional base, perform bidding process and establish vendor selection criteria, communicate its result and achievements The scope of procurement activities includes Marketing category (Media buying, Marketing Consulting, PR , Customer Event, Printing, Promotion gift), Travel Category, Facility Category and etc. Negotiate all elements of assigned supplier relationships to ensure lowest total costs of procurement, including product cost, various commercial terms and performance metrics, etc. Responsible for securing compliance to terms and conditions of Supplier Agreement Letter Identify and execute opportunities for procurement cost reduction and supplier performance improvement, including conversion of indirect agent-based business to factory direct Execute supplier and cost management system/metrics for assigned suppliers and demonstrate continuous improvement PO management & Global Contract management in terms of cost effectiveness & Payment term negotiation.

• Responsible with team member of purchasing team, to manage & develop suppliers in China in order to optimize the price, quality, capacity and delivery service of IKEA products• Constantly improve competitiveness in reaching the best buy offer landed sales price, Products includes Printing & Paper, Plastic products, Ceramic, Textile. Service: Cleaning, Date base management, Media buying ,Market Research,Web seminar Marketing• Organize and manage all contacts and work with the suppliers• Manage & Responsible for the total business with suppliers in the given area, requirements and continuously improve their performance level• Monitor the market in the given material/geographical area and endeavour to fully realize its potential• Contribute to the purchasing team’s development
