Doris' experience spans over 20 years, in education, coaching, mentoring, change management, OD, leadership learning and development. She was headhunted to intervene strategically as a liaison between management and support staff, national policy and anchoring the people to understand how their action affects the company’s or nation’s critical interest.It is her second nature to build people beyond their current potential. She places opportunities, connects bridges to serve and grow individuals, organisations and communities, so they can excel. Peers regard her as someone personable, level-headed, possessing a ‘never say die attitude’. She has strong commitment to excellence, an inner drive, grit and works well with others. It is her endeavours to sprinkle these ingredients into every project she works on.Proudest work achievement: Launched seven WSQ CET programmes spanning across 3 industries. Delivered training, coaching and consultancy to more than 50 organisations. Having experienced near death, she treasures her second chance in life and is determined to live it to impact others purposefully.
