Account Manager: Created a streaming book of Business, where Pro-Trade members would rely on me to handle their clients and needs on jobs. Would make sure that each client was provided the upmost care and given a flooring that would be an excellent investment in their home. Would also bid on commercial jobs and managed to make some connections along the way. Warehouse Manager: Would provide a well organized and well maintained Warehouse. Loaded clients and pro-trade members out while also unloading new shipments daily. Managed one other person in the warehouse and together implemented new ideas in order to create a better workflow.

With The Home Center, I was given a list of Sub-contractors to coordinate with and schedule for flooring installation each day. The schedule was created via emails and phone calls from some of the top home builders in the area. I worked along side a team to make sure each job was to be installed in the allotted amount of time and quality was not hindered. Handled each job with the upmost respect including in whoever is necessary to inspect and verify that the teams were doing an adequate enough job. Contacted Project Managers and translated if there was any issues such as disconnect because of language barrier.

As a barista, we focused on making connections with each and every guest. Making sure to stray as far away from saying just no to requests. Created great relationships and made sufficient enough connections in order to hone in on customer service skills necessary in not just a casual setting but in many business conversations as well.
