- Ensure continuation of supplier deliveries to UK DC & Stores from non UK sources. - Ensure HN meets requirements of HM Revenue & Customs for despatches to non UK sites (e.g. Dublin; Dubai; Istanbul etc). - Ensure HN meets the requirements of HM Revenue & Customs for imports to the UK (import/export licences and documentation etc). - Co-ordinate final transport requirements of merchandise returning to suppliers & to liaise with relevant buying group areas in relation to supplier returns not collected within stipulated period. - Work closely with the buying teams to supply worldwide routing instructions to import stock into Harvey Nichols & assist with the co-ordination of any changes as necessary. - Liaise with couriers and freight forwarders to ensure the smooth flow of stock to and from all Harvey Nichols sites.- Ensure import and export costs are competitive-Responsible for re-writing the Harvey Nichols Supplier Compliance

- Responsible for preparing the courtroom, checking that witnesses, defendants and lawyers are present, calling defendants and witnesses into court and administering oaths. - Responsible for briefing Appellants on how hearings are to proceed, the role of the Tribunal Court and what is expected of them during proceedings. - Responsible for assisting the Judge and managing the courtroom to ensure that proceedings run smoothly and all case files are up to date. - Organise interpreters in the cases where one is needed. - The clerk implements any updates and prepares all the case papers for the Judge ensuring they are fully prepared for court where new information is concerned.-Responsible for preparing all paperwork when proceedings have finished. Ensuring directions go to all the relevant parties.
